Following the promotion of our current postholder, Hardwick and Cambourne Primary School (HCCPS) is seeking an exceptional Head of Campus to join our unique and thriving split-site school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented leader with a proven track record of improving outcomes and driving high standards in teaching and learning. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to inspire, motivate and empower staff while making a lasting difference to the lives of children and families.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced Deputy Headteacher or senior leader who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. You will work alongside our experienced Headteacher and Head of Cambourne Campus, benefiting from strong professional support, collaboration and ongoing development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have strategic responsibility for Teaching and Learning across the school, while also maintaining a small teaching commitment that reflects the needs of the school.
