- Graduate in degree subject relevant to the post
- QTS
- Previous experience working in schools
- Experience of working with vulnerable children and their families
- Successful teaching experience in KS3/4
- Good honours degree in relevant subject
- Successful teaching of exam courses
- Experience as a form tutor
