The Role

The Primary school is basedat our Connaught Road site and works with young people with EHCPs

As Interim Head of School, you will:

• Lead theday-to-day operationsof thePrimary School

• Contribute strategically to the wider organisation

• Inspire and develop a committed staff team

• Deliver acreative and inclusive curriculum

• Ensure every young person is supported to succeed

• Work in partnership with the SENCO to ensure identified needs are met

The role provides a chance to:

• Gain senior leadership experience in an alternative provision setting

• Extend your strategic and operationalexpertise

• Work collaboratively across schools in Brighton & Hove

• Make a meaningful impact on young people’s futures
