- Put people first through clear communication, excellent organisation and by developing relationships that support, nurture and empower;

- Deliver a strategic learning-focused vision and demonstrate an impassioned drive for unwavering excellence;

- Work on your own initiative, make management decisions and manage situations independently with the support, guidance and oversight of the Executive Headteacher and other colleagues.
