Job description
The ideal candidate will:

- Be an experienced and highly successful senior leader, with a demonstrable record of improving educational outcomes and raising standards within a primary or secondary school setting.
- Provide inspirational, values-driven leadership, fostering a shared vision and motivating staff, pupils, governors, and the wider community to achieve excellence.
- Articulate and deliver a clear strategic vision for outstanding teaching, learning and curriculum provision that enables all pupils to thrive.
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to inclusion, equity, and excellence, ensuring that every pupil is supported and challenged to achieve their full potential.
- Possess exceptional strategic, organisational, and operational leadership skills, with the ability to lead effectively in a complex educational environment.
- Have substantial experience of leading sustainable school improvement, driving innovation and managing change successfully to secure long-term impact.
- Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to safeguarding, promoting the welfare, wellbeing and safety of all children and young people.
- Be an outstanding communicator and relationship-builder, capable of collaborating with governors, staff, pupils, families, diocesan partners, and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit resilience, integrity, and emotional intelligence, with the capacity to navigate challenge, inspire confidence and lead with authenticity and professionalism.
