The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess exceptional strategic, organisational, and operational leadership skills, with the ability to lead effectively in a complex educational environment.
  • Have substantial experience of leading sustainable school improvement, driving innovation and managing change successfully to secure long-term impact.
  • Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to safeguarding, promoting the welfare, wellbeing and safety of all children and young people.
  • Be an outstanding communicator and relationship-builder, capable of collaborating with governors, staff, pupils, families, diocesan partners, and external stakeholders.
