We are looking for a candidate who will be able to build on the considerable strengths in our school. This person will:

  • be a motivational leader and have had recent successful experience at Headteacher or Deputy Head level.
  • demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • be a good relationship builder with the ability to connect with parents, staff, pupils and the wider community
  • be able to lead, develop and inspire a high achieving team promoting teamwork and leadership at all levels
  • have a proven record of successfully implementing initiatives to raise standards
  • have a passionate commitment to inclusive education
  • have the ability to establish a supportive and caring environment in which staff and pupils can flourish
