Salary: Leadership Scale, Point L12 - L18 (£67,898 - £78,702)
Reydon Primary School is seeking a Headteacher who believes deeply in the power of education to transform lives and who shares our commitment to high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the school, translating vision into clear priorities that drive continuous improvement and strong outcomes for pupils.
- Ensure safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, behaviour and attendance remain at the centre of school life.
- Lead, support and develop staff to secure consistently high quality teaching and learning.
- Oversee the curriculum, resources and budget to maximise educational opportunities and achievement for all pupils.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, governors, the Trust and the wider community, acting as an ambassador for the school.
