We are now looking for a Headteacher who can build on the school's strengths and bring energy, vision, and passion to the role. You will be a leader who inspires others, drives high standards, values collaboration, and understands the importance of developing both children and adults. Working closely with the Local Academy Board and the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the school while benefiting from the extensive support of a highly successful and growing Trust family.

What We Are Looking For

As an experienced school leader, you will bring:

  • High expectations for pupils, staff, and yourself.
  • A clear understanding of curriculum development, teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff at all levels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, families, colleagues, governors, and wider partners.
  • A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
  • Strategic thinking combined with the resilience and determination to deliver sustained improvement.
  • A commitment to the values and vision of both the school and the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust.

What We Can Offer

Joining Tenbury CE Primary Academy means becoming part of the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust - a family of schools committed to helping both children and adults flourish. You will benefit from:

  • Safeguarding, inclusion, HR, finance, governance, and estates support.
  • Employee wellbeing support.
  • A culture that values collaboration, professional growth, and leadership development.
