• Drives Continuous Improvement: Demonstrates the grit, analytical precision, and resilience required to refine systems and maintain robust school self-evaluation
• Champions Community & Collaboration: Acts as an authentic, outward-facing ambassador for the school, engaging parents, local partners, and the wider Trust network
