Ridgeway School is a special needs school and college in Bedford, providing education for pupils aged 3-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.

Our school site on Hill Rise supports pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 4 with the majority of students continuing on to 6th form.

The post is permanent working 6 hours daily with flexible start and finish times (between 8.30 - 9.30am and 2.45 - 3.45pm). Part-time requests will be considered for a reduced number of days, however the working hours are fixed. You will be provided with a full induction programme to give you the training you need to succeed. You are not required to have any specific healthcare qualification or school-based experience, just a great attitude!
