Higher Level Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will have:

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant status or willingness to work towards. 

• Trainingand experiencein relevant learning strategies e.g. literacy/ Key Stage 1 or 2  

• Experience of leadingwhole-classteaching opportunities from EYFS to KS2

• Experience of preparing and delivering resources (age and abilityappropriate)to engage with pupils and contribute to their learning objectives 

• Experience of developing and implementing Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans 

• Experience of working with pupils with different abilities, and adapting own approach and learning 

• Experience of delivering a strong universal teaching offer
