Easily accessed from Brentwood, Chelmsford, Harlow and beyond, Chipping Ongar Primary School is a recently refurbished 1-form entry primary school situated in lush grounds and surrounded by a wide range of wildlife. Our school values are centred entirely around the child, and we pride ourselves on being a positive and respectful environment for children to develop and grow. We have the space and capacity to expertly provide both a safe and stimulating educational experience for all. We have developed a strong, inclusive and inspirational curriculum which is well planned and resourced and where new ideas are welcome.

Chipping Ongar Primary School is part of the Bridge Academy Trust: a collegiate and collaborative Trust, where, first and foremost, each school is a place of (high quality) learning, where young people ENJOY, ENRICH, ACHIEVE & ASPIRE. About the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about pupils’ learning, enjoys being with children, has a positive attitude, and can work as part of a friendly and dedicated team.

  • Do you have a flexible and cheerful outlook with a willingness to work as part of a team?
  • Are you a teacher who dreams of teaching without the need to plan or to have the responsibility of a class? Or an experienced LSA who is capable of more?

If so, we would like to hear from you.

Essential qualities:

Be dedicated to meeting the needs of all the pupils.
