Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a colleagues who can demonstrate:

• An incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student
• Clarity of expectation and instruction, setting high standards for themselves and others to ensure that excellent outcomes are achieved for all students, specifically those with SEND
• The ability to support students with barriers to learning to become successful independent learners including through leading individual and small group intervention
• The ability to effectively manage key strands of the school development plan
• Genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration as part of an ambitious and welcoming new federation of schools
