Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

✔ Holds HLTA status (or possesses equivalent high-level classroom experience).

✔ Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and the primary curriculum.

✔ Is proactive and highly organised, routinely using their initiative to drive classroom learning and leadinterventions.

✔ Is an exceptional communicator who can build positive, trusted relationships with pupils, staff, andparents alike.

✔ Thrives as a team player, bringing flexibility and a commitment to ensuring the best possibleoutcomes for all pupils.
