Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Inova Multi Academy Trust wish to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant starting in September 2026 at Hillsborough Primary School to lead and manage high-quality provision for 2 year old children, supporting their early learning, development and wellbeing. Responsible for planning, delivering and assessing age appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. The role includes supporting vulnerable children and those eligible for funded places, working closely families and external professionals.

Since forming in 2011 we have grown to 9 schools - 5 primary and 4 secondary - providing learning to over 7,500 learners from 2 - 18.​

At the last inspection the school had a grade2Goodjudgement. We are all working together to establish really effective practice for the benefit of every child.

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant who would enjoy working in a happy and supportive school. The successful candidate will join us to complete a strong team and contribute to the school’s success.

We are looking to appoint someone who is keen to work as part of a team, be willing to inspire and motivate pupils and have a good understanding of school improvement.
