We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our welcoming village school, which is part of a supportive and forward-thinking trust. Our children are eager to learn, highly motivated, and a pleasure to work with, while our dedicated staff team works exceptionally well together to create a positive and nurturing environment for everyone. We are looking for an HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development, confident in leading whole-class learning when required, and able to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to ensure every child reaches their potential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards and caring ethos that makes our school such a special place to learn and work.
Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of 08:30am – 15:30pm over 4 days. Working days to be agreed during interview.
