Job description
We are looking for an HLTA to support our school.
We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA (job share welcome) who encompasses our passion and values to join our team and work with our SEND pupils. We are looking to appoint someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
- Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
- Experienced in SEND including Autism and ADHD
- Able to make sure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
- Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children and especially those with an EHCP.
- Able to plan, deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
