is seeking to appoint a Full-Time

HLTA

Payscale: Point 12 (FTE £28,598 per year, approx. £21,486Pro-rata)

Working 32.5 hours, 39 weeks per year

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 3.30 pm

Commencing: September 2026

Holme CofE Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed HLTA to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

  • Have experience of working across the primary age range
  • Have experience working in a TA or HLTA role
  • Have experience of covering classes
  • Have knowledge of Sounds Write phonics, Complete Maths and PKC
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
  • Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
  • Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
  • Be able to work flexibly and professionally

About Role

We are looking for an experienced HLTA to join our team, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year working 8.30 am - 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
