Job description
Have highly effective literacy and numeracy skillsin order towork, as necessary, with pupils across the primary age range.
Haveexperience of working with groups of pupils to run interventions focused on addressing gaps in learning.
Have experience of planning and delivering whole class lessons.
Havehigh expectationsof children’s behaviour and attainment.
Have excellent interpersonal skills – this includes effective communication skills and working well within a team.
Be open to advice,feedbackand guidance / direction from colleagues.
Be interested in and willing to takepart inCPD opportunities to extend their skill base.
Be supportive of the school’s Trauma Informed culture and relationships policy.
