About the Role - Teacher (Secondary Section)

As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver your subject with clarity and ambition, ensuring pupils of all starting points make outstanding progress. Through careful planning, skilled questioning, effective differentiation and purposeful feedback, you will keep every learner challenged and supported.
You will use secure assessment and tracking to inform teaching, prepare pupils for external examinations, and contribute to curriculum development across phases. Beyond the classroom, you will play a visible role in school life through enrichment, assemblies and strong partnerships with families.
