Inclusion Support Assistant Level 2

St Joseph's governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic inclusion assistant to support pupils individually and in small groups who are finding it difficult to access learning independently.

The successful candidate will:

• Be supportive of our Catholic ethos.

• Provide academic, pastoral and behavioural support to individual pupils and/or small groups.

• Be a good communicator and team player.

• Be able to build good relationships with pupils.

• Be committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.

• Be committed to inclusion for all pupils.

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all children.
