Job description

Make a Real Difference Every Day

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. This rewarding role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access learning, achieve their potential, and fully participate in school life.

Working closely with teachers, the SENDCo, parents, and external professionals, you will provide classroom, small-group, and individual support, helping students develop confidence, independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours. You will assist with adapting resources, delivering targeted interventions, monitoring progress, and promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.
  • Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Is patient, flexible, and committed to inclusion and equality.
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Is willing to undertake training and continuous professional development.

In return, we offer:

  • A supportive and welcoming school community.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.
  • A rewarding role within a dedicated and committed team.

If you are passionate about supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally, we would love to hear from you.
