Job description
Inclusion Support Worker, Term Time plus 3 days, Monday to Friday 38.5 hours per week
Christ's College have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Inclusion team to help identify students who have unidentified barriers to learning and to work with these students and their families. This is a key post within the school which requires dedication, flexibility and a highly efficient and responsible approach to provide bespoke support for a targeted cohort of students.
The role of the Inclusion Support Worker is to work with the Pastoral team to provide in school support so that identified students feel included. The post holder will work to signpost targeted students and their families to external support .
We have high expectations for our students as they grow and develop and all our staff provide important role models to them in terms of positive attitude, work ethic and diligence.
