We're looking for an exceptional teacher to lead our specialist SEND provisions at Sandy Lane Primary School.

This isn't a traditional classroom role.

You'll use your expertise in EYFS pedagogy, play-based learning and adaptive practice to create engaging, nurturing environments for children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, communication needs and SEMH.

• Design bespoke learning experiences
• Lead a dedicated team of support staff
• Create inspiring continuous provision environments
• Make a life-changing difference every single day
• Receive an SEN allowance alongside teacher pay

• Badgers is a 3 adult to 5 child ratio.

• Dolphins is a 3 adult to 8 child ratio.
