The role: Intervention Centre Manager

Grade & salary: Grade 6: £29,860 - £33,033 actual salary per annum

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Contract term: Permanent

The role:

Ashfield School are looking to appoint an Intervention Centre Manager to lead their provision with a high-quality, personalised learning experience that supports students continuing education.

This role will involve managing the day-to-day running of the Intervention Centre as well as leading on intervention sessions based on behaviour and SEMH. Experience of successfully implementing strategies to support students with challenging behaviour is essential.

The person:

The right person for this role will show confidence and sensitivity, they must be able to effectively manage behaviour and have good understanding of how to meet needs of students who have SEMH needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of behaviour management and with adapting learning to meet the needs of all students in their setting.
