Qualified Teacher Status is essential

Strong Understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom practice

Confident in planning engaging lessons and managing behaviour positively

A positive and proactive approach to teaching

Commitment to supporting pupils academic and personal development

Experienced Pastoral Year Group Leaders

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant degree.

Experience: Proven track record as a successful classroom teacher and leader of a subject or Year Group

Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal, organisational, and data-analysis skills, with the ability to motivate both staff and pupils.

Pastoral Expertise: Extensive knowledge of child protection, safeguarding.
