You will support teachers to enable our students to access learning by supervising and assisting them across a wide range of supported learning activities.
As our Learning Mentor you will:
- Undertake activities with individuals or small groups of students.
- Enable our students to access learning.
- Promote the development of students’ physical and mental health.
- Carry out pre-planned activities.
- Monitor the progress of identified students.
- Promote and help build students’ self-esteem.
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, as would the ability to manage the behavioural difficulties and pastoral needs of individual and groups of students.
