We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service to a wide range of users.
- Strong digital and IT skills, with confidence supporting common software, devices and online systems.
- Experience supporting or administering reprographics services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible and proactive approach, with a commitment to safeguarding and supporting student success.
