Job description
We are currently seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work within our inclusion department. The role will include working with students in all year groups who experience barriers to learning, being a ‘lead worker’ for a specific number of students and coordinating planning, reviewing the impact of provision with parents/carers.
The successful candidate will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and will have excellent communication skills, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
