Learning Support Assistants

8:15am - 3:45pm (35 hours a week, term time only)

Tithe Farm is a thriving school in the heart of Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire. Our central aim is to provide our children with a nurturing ethos and enriched curriculum, putting them at the heart of everything we do. At Tithe Farm the children learn through the lessons and life experiences we give them, the staff learn from and with the children. We celebrate the achievements of children in many ways but more importantly we encourage and foster a love for the learning process itself.

We wish to appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic and innovative Learning Support Assistant to work at our school.

The successful candidate will:

ideally have experience of working in a primary school

be passionate about making a real difference to the lives of the children

build positive relationships with the children and their families

be keen to work alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to provide an individualised curriculum and learning environment

be organised and proactive
