We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who brings enthusiasm, care and a commitment to inclusion, working alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning and support pupils’ progress, wellbeing and participation. Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Contract type: Temporary, Part-time

Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08.30-3.15 and Wednesday 08.15-3.15pm

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals and small groups to access learning, develop independence and engage fully in lessons.
• Assist teachers with classroom organisation, learning resources and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and pupil wellbeing, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Support pupils during assessments, educational visits and supervisory duties as required.
• Contribute to pupil records, assessment activities and effective communication with staff and families.
