Job description
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join us who is inspired by our mission and wants to be part of a Trust where children are at the heart of everything we do. You will play a vital role in supporting and nurturing our children, including those with Special Educational Needs, helping to remove barriers to learning so every child can flourish.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to making a profound difference, particularly for our most disadvantaged children, empowering them with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive. Experience with autism, speech and language development, and knowledge of phonics would also be an advantage, but not essential. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification that is recognised as full and relevant by the DfE.
Our Trust is dedicated to building an authentic workforce, so if you are excited about this role but your past experience looks a little different to what we’ve identified, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may just be the perfect candidate! We are proud that we are a single organisation with a shared responsibility for all children, and one where you will feel professionally nourished through our extensive development practice and strong wellness offer.
Applications are handled on Teaching Vacancies (GOV.UK).
