At Tiverton, nurturing relationships come first. We believe that when children feel valued and understood, they thrive. Whether it’s through academic excellence, sport, music, or the arts, we celebrate the whole child, fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Help our children reach their full potential.

Join Team Tiverton and make a lasting impact!

As part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, we are united by a shared mission to create great schools where children thrive, with equity, ambition, and belonging at the heart of all we do. We recognise that for children to truly achieve and flourish, they must first feel safe, seen, and valued. By embedding trauma-aware practices into our daily culture, we look beyond behaviour to understand every child's unique story. We believe that genuine, trusting relationships are the foundation of all learning; when we build deep connections rooted in empathy and stability, we unlock each child's potential to overcome barriers and genuinely thrive.

As our new Learning Support Assistant, you will fully embody and champion these values, bringing a trauma-informed perspective and a passion for building meaningful, supportive relationships to the very heart of your practice.
