We are looking to appoint four Learning Support Assistants who are
- Committed and enthusiastic staff who bring genuine empathy, good understanding and sensitivity to the challenges and difficulties faced by students.
- Staff who values the importance of their contribution and engages with students in a proactive, positive, and purposeful way to help them make real progress in their learning.
- Successful candidates will be truly committed to supporting students to progress and achieve their learning goals and will hold high aspirations for every learner’s success.
- We will welcome applications from proactive and motivated A-level student leavers who can act as positive role models.
- We also will welcome applications from high-quality candidates who may wish to discuss reduced hours or flexible working arrangements.
This is a role for candidates who set high aspirations, not only for the students, but also for themselves as professionals dedicated to creating an outstanding learning experience.
