They act as a clear and consistent set of principles that promote kindness, respect, resilience and responsibility in everyday school life. Guided by our motto, “Together We’ll Succeed”, these values are embedded across lessons, playtimes and interactions, helping children to understand not only how to achieve academically but also how to develop as thoughtful, caring individuals. The Six Golden Leaves provide a shared language for staff and pupils, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and upheld, while also celebrating positive choices. Ultimately, they support a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to make the right decisions, contributing to a strong and inclusive school community.
