Little Pegasus Nursery, Priestmead Primary School’s brand-new school-based nursery provision for children aged 2+, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our founding team.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of a brand-new nursery provision within an ‘Outstanding’ primary school and The Pegasus Partnership Trust. As part of our ambitious vision for early education, we are looking for practitioners who are passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a nurturing, engaging and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team to help establish high-quality provision from the outset and contribute to building a warm, inclusive and ambitious nursery community for children and families.

We are seeking an individual who:
✔ Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE.
✔ Is passionate about early childhood education and child development.
✔ Has experience working within an Early Years setting.
✔ Can create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
✔ Has high expectations for children’s learning, development and behaviour.
✔ Is warm, caring and able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
✔ Understands the importance of safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice.
✔ Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to the wider life of the nursery and school.
✔ Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continual professional development.
