Your Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, who thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.
What we are looking for
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
- Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
- Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
- Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Our school sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Warren Mead Infants and Warren Mead Juniors, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Danetree Primary School, Cuddington Croft Primary and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

The Details
Start Date: As soon as possible
FTE Salary: £25,877
Pro Rata Salary: £21,643.44
Pay Range: GLF Associate Grade 3.1
Hours: 35 hrs per week Monday – Friday 8.00am – 15.30pm (Term time 39 weeks)
Closing Date: Sunday 20th Sept at 11.59pm
Interview Date: W/C 21st September
