Job description
As a Lunchtime Assistant at Seva School, you will play an important role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable and well-managed lunchtime experience. Working as part of the wider school team, you will supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas, encouraging positive behaviour, good manners and respectful relationships in line with the school's values.
You will support pupils' wellbeing by assisting them during mealtimes, organising appropriate activities where required, promoting inclusion, and responding calmly and appropriately to any incidents that arise. The role also involves helping to maintain a clean, safe and organised environment while following safeguarding, health and safety, and school procedures at all times.
