You will lead by example, demonstrate sound judgement and show initiative in supporting students, staff and families.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about high standards and believes that positive behaviour for learning is fundamental to student success. You will work professionally and confidentially with students, parents and external agencies, building strong relationships that support positive outcomes for young people.
In addition, the postholder will play an active role in maintaining a safe and positive environment during lunchtime .
If you are committed to making a meaningful difference to the lives of young people and share our ambition for every student to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
