Vacancy for Midday Supervisor at West Town Primary Academy

Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 3 Point 3 £3,511

Hours of work: 6.25 per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team at West Town Primary Academy! As a Midday Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring that our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience.

The Opportunity

  • Join a supportive, enthusiastic team.
  • To supervise children during their lunch periods.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, physical and mental well-being of all pupils.
  • Arrange and supervise activities, under direction of the Cover Manager.

The ideal candidate

  • Has a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in the English Language.
  • Experienced in supporting children.
  • Is aware of child protection issues.
  • Understands the concept of confidentiality.
  • Communicates effectively with all.
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.
