Scale: Scale 3 Point 6-7 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Actual Salary: £15,964.90 - £16,212.28

Start Date: ASAP following interviews

Closing Date: Monday 24th August 2026 Midday

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Bardfield Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT) is looking for a caring and patient Nursery Assistant to join their warm and supportive team!

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery whilst supporting children’s emotional, physical and educational development.

You will be working 12:00pm - 3:30pm Monday and Tuesday, 8:15am - 3:30pm Wednesday and Thursday and 8:15am - 2:15pm Fridays, term time only.
