- Considerable experience of working in an EYFS setting
- Working with children in EYFS including those who have specific SEND, EAL needs
- Training and/or expertise in the EYFS curriculum
- Able to demonstrate all HLTA standards (specifically 14 to 16)
- Knowledge of relevant policies and codes of practice including safeguarding
- Able to demonstrate leadership and line management skills
