Your opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, and thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Have a detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development
  • Show enthusiasm and commitment
  • Have good organisational and communication skills
  • Be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of learning for their key children
  • Be able to create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities
  • Be able to inspire and nurture every child to ensure they become confident, active learners

About Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Pine Ridge & Lorraine Infants School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School, Lightwater Village School & Cordwalles Junior School.

The Details:

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Salary: GLF Associate 2.2 - £23,970

Actual Salary: £18,616.41

Hours of Work: 32.5hrs a week - 8:30-15:30 Monday - Friday (39 weeks incl. INSET)

Contract: Fixed term contract

Closing Date: Tuesday 30th June at 9.30am
