The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist and Specialist to join our teams across Buckinghamshire and Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a high-quality, integrated occupational therapy service across the Trust.
You will:
- Lead on the development and delivery of innovative occupational therapy provision
- Deliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions tailored to pupil needs
- Embed therapeutic approaches across the curriculum to enhance learning and inclusion
- Design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and inclusive practice
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic, joined-up approach to pupil support
- Provide clinical leadership within your area of expertise
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional who has:
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC and RCOT registration
- Experience working with children and young people with ASC and/or SEMH needs
- Strong skills in delivering training and supporting multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practice
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
