As our Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the central administrative functions within the trust. This role will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including office orders, communication, manging folders and emails, and general office management.
What will you do?
- Procurement and Supplies Management: Order office supplies, snacks, and equipment, and coordinate catering for trust-wide events.
- Communication and Event Coordination: Assist in event planning, handle catering orders, maintain event calendars, and contribute to trust-wide communications.
- Support with Office Administration: Manage calls, inboxes, ID badges, incoming mail, records, and calendars while supporting CEO meetings, this will also cover administrative tasks for our Nursery and Pre-school. e.g. attendance
- General Administration and Support: Arrange travel, update the website, assist with proofreading, analyse data, provide support, and undertake research.
- Adaptability and Senior Leadership Support: Perform various clerical duties as directed by the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the school's mission and relationships with external parties.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures
- Evidence of the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
