The successful candidate will:

o be the champion of first impressions for the school

o be committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils

o undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone calls and face-to- face enquiries

o be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the school calendar

o undertake typing, word-processing and other IT based tasks

o respond to routine correspondence

o have good interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills

o be prepared to be flexible

o support with pupil attendance and registers
