Job description

The Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the academy operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working as part of the Premises Team, the postholder supports the day-to-day running of the school through site presentation, facilities management, deliveries, reprographics, event setup, cleaning support, stock management, and general operational duties. The role helps maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment for pupils, staff, and visitors while contributing to academy improvement projects and supporting the wider operational needs of the school.

Previous experience of working in a school environment is essential.
