haveexperience of a child centred approach to providing andprocuringsupport
beable to develop links with a wide range of stakeholders:children, parents,governorsand the full range of outside agencies who work closely with the school
be capable of dealing with sensitive, confidential issues and complex and challenging case work
have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
have the ability tocomplete reportsin a timelymanner
have the ability towork under pressure and prioritise workload
be open to advice,feedbackand guidance / direction from colleagues
be interested in and willing to take on CPD opportunities to extend their skill base.
