Contract: Permanent

Location: Across our 25 Primary School Trust (with a base in Swindon)

Are you passionate about making a real difference to children’s lives through psychology in education?

We are seeking a creative and committed Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic school trust, which spans 25 primary schools. You will work as part of a small, supportive team alongside one other Educational Psychologist, collaborating closely with school leaders, staff, and families to promote positive outcomes for children and young people.

About the Role

  • Work within a consultative and solution-focused framework, empowering staff and families to support children effectively.
  • Provide psychological insights that inform practice at individual, group, and whole-school levels.
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and interventions that build capacity across the trust.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that enhance inclusion and wellbeing across our schools.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Educational Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Has a strong commitment to early intervention, inclusion, and equity.
  • Enjoys collaborative problem-solving and working in a consultative way.
  • Can bring creativity, flexibility, and professional curiosity to their practice.

What We Offer

  • The chance to work across a large and ambitious trust, influencing practice for thousands of children.
  • A supportive, values-driven environment where psychological thinking is truly valued.
  • Opportunities for professional development and innovation.
  • A manageable workload and scope to shape how psychology is delivered within the trust.

If you are excited by the idea of working in a small, collaborative team, using psychology to make a meaningful difference across a diverse and thriving primary school community, we would love to hear from you.
