Desirable

  • Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, youth work, childcare, or voluntary setting.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND or additional learning needs.
  • Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Basic literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare, education, or teaching support (although these are not essential).

No formal qualifications are required for this role; however, relevant experience working with children and/or qualifications in education, childcare, or learning support would be advantageous.
